So, what is God's will?
Is it preaching to a congregation?
Not necessarily.
The truth is...
All of us can't be preachers..BUT WE ALL CAN BE MINISTERS!
We are all called to reach the lost.
This verse is from Mark 16:15 and it tells us of our duty in Christ.
And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone. The Good News, of course, is the gospel. This is the very gospel that saved you and I, and that can save others. But, how can we do this? I am going to share my thoughts and ideas on this. I don't have all the answers, but with God's grace, we can do our part to further the gospel. Before going into some steps, you can check out the video from my channel below. So, here are some things you can do to help further the gospel. USE YOUR GIFTS AND TALENTS You can use the gifts and talents God has given to you to help further God's kingdom. How does that happen? For instance...Let's say you are a good dancer. You can dance like you are dancing before God. The spirit in which you do the thing you are good at can draw and influence others. You can share of the hope that is within you by doing your everyday life in excellence. So, use your gifts, whatever they are to the glory of the Lord. THROUGH YOUR VOCATION You cna do a job that allows you to make tangible change for God's kingdom. As an example... You can volunteer to feed the homeless, pass out clothes in the winter, and more. Your job is a vehicle that can allow you to be in a better financial place to do God's will. Even if you don't have a job that allows you to serve others openly, like a corporate job, there are still things you can do. You can do the job to the best of your ability. Work as if you are working unto the Lord himself. Be kind and just be light, that is all you can do. CONCLUSION So, those are a few ways you can do God's will in your everyday life. We have to be sure to take advantage of every moment we can to reflect Jesus in our everyday lives. I am praying that you be encouraged to live the Christian life. It is not easy but just know we have a father in Heaven that rewards us. You don't have to be perfect to serve God, but you do have to be willing! Be encouraged and have a wonderful day!
